Board of Regents and State Education Department Welcome Educators and Students Back to School

小猪视频 State Board of Regents Chancellor Lester W. Young, Jr., Commissioner Betty A. Rosa, and the Board of Regents welcome teachers, administrators, and students back to school. The Department鈥檚 Back to School website provides new resources, guidance, and messages to kick off a successful 2023-24 school year.听
Chancellor Young said, 鈥淎s we embark on this new school year, let us embrace the transformative power of education. It is the foundation upon which we build our dreams, our careers, and our lives as responsible, engaged citizens. The Board of Regents and State Education Department are committed to advancing equity and excellence and ensuring every 小猪视频 State student has access to a world-class education. Working together through education, we can improve student outcomes and create a more just, equitable, and aspirational society for generations to come.鈥澨
Commissioner Rosa said, 鈥淥ur mission is to inspire our teachers and school leaders to provide world-class instruction and supports for all students. Through instruction and human connection, we can ignite excitement and cultivate natural curiosity in our students, helping them to expand their horizons and make their own connections in and outside the classroom.
