Allocations Lists for 2024-2025

СÖíÊÓƵ State-Administered Prekindergarten programs will be funded by three funding sources during the 2024-2025 school year. The Office of Early Learning has provided this 2024-2025 Funding and Overview to summarize those sources.

Please Note:ÌýThe 2025 enacted State budget removed the supplement-not-supplant requirement for State funds, allowing school districts to access their SUFDPK grant awards before accessing or even exhausting their UPK allocations. Please see the Supplement not Supplant memo for direction and examples to aid you in your fiscal decision-making for the 2024-2025 prekindergarten program year.

Statewide Universal Full Day Prekindergarten (SUFDPK) Grant Awards (14-15)

  • Awarded during the 2014-2015 school year

SUFDPK Consolidated Grant Awards (21-24)

  • Awarded during the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 school years

Financial Forms

The СÖíÊÓƵ State Education Department's provides financial forms and for managing funds. Consult Grants Finance's to access the most current and relevant forms and their instructions, including the following:

  • FS-10: used for submitting an initial proposed budget
  • FS-10-A: used to amend a previously approved budget
  • FS-10-F: used to submit final expenditures for a previously approved budget
