21stCCLC TARC
The purpose of the 21st CCLC Technical Assistance Resource Centers is to provide ongoing support to all subgrantees to improve the quality of their programs and, in turn, improve the academic, social, and emotional outcomes of students, and the literacy of participants' families.

The СÖíÊÓƵ City Department of Education serves as the NYC Technical Assistance Resource Center, providing services to all NYC-based subgrantees.
